A real estate pro with a story as vibrant as the properties he represents. Hailing from Urbandale, Iowa, Chase is a proud graduate of the University of Iowa with three degrees under his belt – Finance, Business Analytics, and Risk Management & Insurance.
Early in his career, Chase dipped his toes into the insurance game, but he found the perfect fit for his unique skill set in real estate. He specializes in working with investors—from first-timers to experienced owners—to grow their portfolios and meet their financial goals. He also drives business development for Resource KC’s property management and renovation divisions. Chase loves a good challenge, and real estate lets him use his analytical mindset while making connections with interesting people from across the country. He epitomizes professionalism, integrity, and an entrepreneurial spirit within the realm of real estate. Armed with a formidable skill set and a commitment to his clients, Chase is poised to make an immediate impact on those who work with him.
When he's not analyzing the market or catching up with clients, you'll find Chase hitting the gym, swinging his clubs on the golf course, or getting creative with some sketching. He’s also an avid music lover, and enjoys checking out local events with friends.
Family holds a special significance in Chase's life, and he enjoys entertaining his parents and younger brother—and fellow Hawkeye—in his beloved Kansas City.
